Support that respects your privacy and your pace.

We provide respectful and individualised assistance with everyday personal activities, helping you live as independently and comfortably as possible.

Depending on your individual needs and NDIS plan, support may include personal care, dressing and grooming, meal preparation, daily routines and other everyday activities.

Our support workers provide assistance in a way that respects your privacy, dignity, preferences and independence. The goal is comfort and consistency, not just getting tasks done.

Getting started

Three conversations, then we begin

1

A phone call

Tell us what you need. We will be honest about whether we are the right fit. Usually fifteen minutes.

2

A meeting at home

We come to you, meet the people who matter, and understand how your household actually works.

3

Your plan, then your first shift

We write it up, you approve it, and we introduce your support worker before they start.

Questions about this service

It depends on your plan. Some participants have a few hours a week, others have several visits a day. We work out what your funding supports and build the roster around it.

That is the goal, and we roster for it deliberately. You will usually have a small regular team rather than one person, so leave and illness do not leave you without support.

Let us know as early as you can and we will move it. We understand plans change, and we would rather reschedule than have you cancel.

Yes, as much or as little as you want. We can include family and other supports in planning and reviews, or keep the conversation just with you.
